The script comment_rave is a Reviews and Ratnigs script (comment and rating to your page).
comment_rave is a new free commenting system. Designed for use exactly like Haloscan, it is simple to craete comments pop-ups using the one-click process.
It is theme enabled, to allow you to seamlessly intergrate it into your website. It also doesnt require MySQL, using text fiels to store data.
This also allows for easy backups if needed.
